Shipping Information:

1.) We ONLY ship to Street Addresses. No PO Boxes will be accepted.

2.) All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Worldwide Service.

3.) Customer pays all shipping and handling charges on all shipments, including refusals and returns.

4.) Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.) Shipping may be done in multiple deliveries as we use different manufacturers and vendors. There is no additional shipping charges.

6.) Shipping weight limit is 150lbs per order. Orders that exceed the 150lbs weight limit must contact: orders@roadwarriorathletics.com.

International orders:

All orders outside the United States may be subject to additional import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs brokerage fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges, and are unable to predict what they may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

Order Availability:

We will make every possible effort to have advertised items available to you. We use multiple manufacturers and vendors for our products. Products may be shipped in different packages. If any item is on backorder, you will be notified and it will be shipped to you immediately upon availability. You will not be charged unless available.

Refund and Returns Policies:

For return of merchandise a RMA# is required

1.) Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

2.) A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested. You must e-mail the return request to orders@roadwarriorathletics.com. Products being returned must have a RMA# issued before being returned. Instructions for the return will be provided. Once you receive the return authorization information, you can return the product.

3.) Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached, NO EXCEPTIONS. Socks, undergarments and bras are not returnable. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging, including all original contents and the original invoice or receipt included.

4.) Credit will be issued on returns within 14 days after purchase date, minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not included in issued credit. Returns past 14 days of purchase date will incur a 25% restocking fee. All returns will be processed within 30 business days of receipt of merchandise.

5.) All sales on items listed in our "Clearance" section are final. CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED! NO EXCEPTIONS! This information will be noted in the description of any clearance items you are purchasing.
